This easy-peasy pancake premix is a FAVE! It is flop proof, all the nice with none of the nasties, and oh so versatile. It is subtly sweetened with a hint of vanilla, so just add a dash of milk and an egg and voila! You have a perfect lil pancake stack. You can go to town with toppings; berries and nut butter always go down well. Otherwise, you can even make things savoury and add bacon and avo!
